Uso aceptable
No use bitmany para:
- enviar correo no deseado, engañar o acosar a otras personas;
- hacer algo ilegal o infringir derechos de otros;
- entrar en cuentas o datos que no son suyos, o intentar sortear los límites y protecciones del servicio;
Terms of service
Last updated: October 26, 2026
You decide what is done in your name. Neura proposes and works, but anything that leaves your account is approved by you or allowed by a Policy of yours. These terms explain what you can expect from bitmany and what we expect from you.
The agreement
By creating an account or using bitmany, you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
- You must be at least 16.
- Use an email address that is yours and a password you don't use anywhere else. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- If you think someone got into your account, end your sessions from Settings and write to us.
What bitmany does
bitmany keeps your projects, goals, tasks and commitments, and lets Neura, an AI operator, plan, work on the tasks you give it and prepare emails, events and other actions through the accounts you connect.
Neura can be wrong
Neura is an AI. It can misread what you asked, propose a plan that doesn't suit you or write something inaccurate. Review its proposals, its work and anything that will be sent before you approve it. What Neura writes is not legal, financial, medical or any other professional advice.
Approvals and Policies
- Neura never sends an email, writes to your calendar or spends money through a connected tool without your approval, unless a Policy you set to Allow permits it.
- When you approve something or allow it in a Policy, you are responsible for that send or action, as if you had done it yourself.
- You can pause Neura at any time. Anything already being sent at that moment cannot be stopped.
- If we can't confirm that a send was delivered, we tell you and we don't repeat it on our own: you decide what to do.
Your content
What you write, upload or connect stays yours. You allow us to store it, process it and send it to the providers that run the service only as far as needed for bitmany to work for you. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
You confirm that you have the right to use what you give us, including other people's emails, files and data.
Connected services
Gmail, Google Calendar, MCP servers and any other service you connect have their own terms, which you must also follow. We are not responsible for how they work or what they charge. You can revoke each connection whenever you want.
Acceptable use
Don't use bitmany to:
- send unwanted mail, deceive or harass other people;
- do anything illegal or infringe other people's rights;
- get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or try to get around the service's limits and protections;
- overload the service or copy it by automated means.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first.
Usage limits and early access
bitmany is in early access. Features may change, appear or go away, and the service may be unavailable at times, including planned maintenance. Neura's work uses usage units with a monthly limit you see and adjust in Settings. If we ever charge for bitmany, we will tell you first, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Closing your account
You can delete all your data and close your account from Settings > Account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service; if we do, we will give you reasonable time to delete your data or ask us for a copy.
Warranties and liability
We run bitmany with care, but as far as the law allows it is provided "as is", without a promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that Neura's work will be correct. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses that result from actions you approved or allowed. None of this limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change applies. If you keep using bitmany afterwards, you accept the new version. For any question: hello@bitmany.app.
